Patient information: 35-year-old female underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with 295cc SCM round silicone implants in the submuscular position. This patient was left “deflated” with no volume in the upper pole after having a child. You can see that she has moderate volume in the upper pole and great fullness in the lower pole.
