Patient Information: 51 year old female underwent bilateral augmentation mammaplasty using silicone gel filled implants 275cc R/310L SCM and a mastopexy. This patient was lacking volume in the upper and lower pole. This patient now has full volume in the lower pole and moderate volume in the upper pole. Notice her nipple placement is now in a more desirable placement pointing upward.
