Patient information: 41-year-old female underwent a bilateral breast augmentation in the sub-muscular position using 345cc gummy implants and a circumvertical mastopexy to afford the best results. Notice the upper slope was given moderate volume giving a “slope” vs a straight plunge. The lower pole was given moderate volume allowing for the desirable roundness and improved nipple position. This patient went from a full B to a D.
