Patient Information 33 year old female underwent inframammary (below the breast) placement of style 10 270 cc anatomic silicone gel filled implants under the muscle. Cup size increase A to C. Note how much higher the left breast is than the right. This cannot be corrected with surgery. If the implant is placed too low on the left, then the mounds will be more even, but the nipple will be too high on the left breast giving it an unnatural appearance.
