Patient Information:37 yr old patient underwent Submuscular placement of SRM 330cc round smooth silicone non-gummy gel implants. This patient started with minimal breast tissue, lacking the desirable fullness in the lower pole. With implants, the patient now has great fullness in the lower pole as well as a modest amount in the upper pole.
