Patient Information: 46 year old female underwent Bilateral removal of breast implants, total capsulectomies and replacement with new implants and bilateral Wise mastopexy. Patient had stage 4 capsular contractures bilaterally. The patient’s previous surgery was about 20 years ago and she received 425cc textured anatomical saline implants. These implants were replaced with SCF Inspira round smooth silicone gel filled implant, 415 cc
