Patient information: 55-year-old woman underwent the removal of saline implants (size unknown) and exchanged for 295cc round smooth silicone implants and a circumvertical mastopexy.

You can see pre-op, this patient developed Capsule Contracture. Post-op, a natural shape has been restored.
