Patient Information: 21 year old female underwent a bilateral labia minor reduction using the Custom Flask resection technique, as well as a lateral clitoral hood reduction and clitoral hood elevation. The dimensions of her labia minora excess from top to bottom is very long. As she is young with a tight vaginal introitus, I was concerned that a wedge resection would reach too far into the vaginal canal, causing narrowing and making intercourse difficult.
