Patient information: 26-year-old female underwent a left breast reduction using superior pedicle technique, right circumvertical mastopexy, and a fat transfer to the right breast. This Asymmetrical case was unique, the patient requested the most natural look for her proportions and in order to do so, the left breast needed a reduction while the right breast needed a lift and a fat transfer. The overall shape of both breasts is much more desirable and sits better on the patient’s chest.
73 gms were removed from the left breast and 225cc of fat was transferred to the right breast.
