Patient Information: Corrective surgery: 39 year old female previously underwent liposuction of her outer thighs by another surgeon. The outer thighs were over-resected, leaving her with very straight, un-feminine looking thighs for which she was very self-conscious. She also desired some additional contouring of her trunk.
She underwent VASER 4D liposuction of the flanks and abdomen, with fat grafting to the outer thighs to repair the damage from the first surgery, as well as vaser smooth to the left outer thigh to improve a small amount of cellulite.
She is shown only one month following surgery. Notice the improved femimine contours of her thighs, an hourglass torso, improved definition of her abdomen.
