Patient information: 32 year old female originally underwent inframammary (below the breast) placement of style 410 FF 290 cc anatomic silicone gel filled implants under the muscle. One year later she underwent removal of the implants, left anterior capsulectomy and replacement with SCM (R: 345 cc, L: 405 cc) round, smooth, silicone gel “highly cohesive” gummy filled implants. Cup size increase B to D.
