Patient Information: 39 year old female, mother of two, underwent 4D VASER lipo-abdominoplasty (liposuction of abdomen immediately followed by tummy tuck), and VASER 4D liposuction of the flanks, entire back, inner thighs and upper arms. The fat removed was then placed into her buttocks and hips so as to smooth out her curves as well as to change the overall shape from square to round, also to enhance the overall size of the buttocks. The lower back rolls are far less prominent, especially the larger left back roll – improvement is best seen from the left side view (bottom). Also, note the dramatic recontouring of her waist. NOTE: Patient is shown only four months after surgery so the scar is still red and easily noticeable. Her biologic tendency is to make thick, heavy scars. Her scar will fade with time. Regardless, it falls well below her waistline so it is hidden by her clothing.
