Patient Information: 40 year old female underwent VASER 4D liposuction of the abdomen, flanks and inner thighs. The challenge here was that she had more than the usual amount of abdominal fat to start with. Although she was cautioned preoperatively that she may have loose abdominal skin after deflation of her abdomen, the skin retracted nicely on its own, needing no further intervention. The end result was a very defined, athletic looking abdomen.
