Patient Information: 22 year old female underwent a bilateral augmentation mammaplasty in the submuscular position (under the muscle) using silicone (gummy) implants SCM 240cc right/ 275cc left. A circumvertical pattern mastopexy was also performed. Prior to surgery, this patient lacked volume and projection, especially in the lower pole. Her nipples were in a downward position as well. After surgery, the patient now has ample volume in the lower pole and more curve that straight slope in the upper pole. Her breast crease has also dropped significantly.
