Patient information: 47 year old female underwent bilateral augmentation mammaplasty in the submuscular position using silicone gel filled implants 310cc SSM. A periareolar mastopexy was also performed. Previous to surgery, this patient lacked volume and projection; she has now gained great fullness in the upper pole along with the upper pole. The dramatic result in volume is best seen from the side view. The patient’s nipple placement has been lifted into a more desirable position.
