Patient Information: 43 year old female who underwent bilateral breast reduction using a vertical short scar (Lollipop) technique with a superior pedicle. This patient want to remain fairly full, but with a small reduction and lift. A total of 157 gms of tissue was removed from the right side, 155 gms on the left side. Cup size reduced from DD to C. She also underwent simulataneous VASER lipoabdominoplasty, VASER lipo of abdomen, flanks, back, with fat transfer to hips and buttocks, followed one year later by VASER lipo of lower back, lateral chest with BodyTite, and BodyTite of breasts under local anesthesia with ProNox (“sweet air”).
