Patient Information: 37-year-old female underwent a bilateral breast augmentation in the submuscular position using Gummy style SSM 360cc. The patient started with decent breast tissue but lacked volume and projection. With an increase of fullness to the lower pole, the nipples can sit higher on the breast and point upward.
